  • A bug is fixed for the 3+3 design, which might cause early termination of a trial with a small sample size. To make sure the results are up-to-date, we recommend users re-run their simulation using the 3+3 design. Results for other designs, including mTPI, CRM, and customized design is unchanged.

  • Redefines the safety evaluation of design: Replace the the original statistic %n>MTD (percentage of patients treated above the true MTD) by %n<=MTD (percentage of patients treated at or under the true MTD) in comparison results. In this way, higher value indicates more safe.
